I have been using Auction Sentry for over three years now, and when it was owned and maintained by its creator, Dan Hite, it was superb. Then he sold it to someone else, and they don't seem to know how to maintain it. Every time eBay makes any changes to their website, Auction Sentry gets confused and stops working properly -- sometimes for weeks and months -- before their "Engineers" finally get the bugs fixed. They must contract out their support to some fly-by-night programmers, who don't have much incentive to keep the Auction Sentry software up-to-date. Frankly, I wish Dan Hite would write a new package and go into competition with Auction Sentry. When my license expires, I am not planning to renew it, unless they get their act together.
